ICC Announces Public Review Period for Residential Construction in High Wind Regions Standard

ICC announced the opening of a 45-day review period for the update of ICC 600 – Standard for Residential Construction in High-Wind Regions. The Multi-Hazard Resiliency for Residential Construction Committee (IS-MHRRC) has completed the draft revisions to the next edition of ICC 600, and the draft has been posted in the documents folder for the formal 45-day ANSI public review period. The draft of ICC 600 is available for public comment through June 1, 2026.

Julissa Garcia Receives 2025 International Code Council Trailblazer Award

In accordance with ICC’s Consensus Procedures, the public comment draft #1 of ICC 825, Private Sewage Disposal Systems Standard, is available for public input. The public comment period will now close on May 11, 2026.
